Contests are competitions during which the radio hams must contact the more great number of station during a given period (6, 12, 24 or 48 hour) and in respect of certain conditions.
It can be contacting stations located in an area, a country, a continent or in the whole world...
I took part in many competitions, most of the time as single operator, with sometimes interesting results.
